Hi everyone!
So as I mentioned in my previous post www.WayFaring.com is a great site to turn your itinerary into an actual map visualization of your trip’s route. So true to my word – I wanted to show you what that may look like by sharing my itinerary with you. So here it is:
As you can see, I’ll be visiting quite a few places, some of which are day trips from destinations like London, Sorrento, Madrid and Barcelona. Either way, I’ve decided to spend at least 2 days in each destination which, thankfully, allows me to spend close to a week in the places I would like to see more of – like London, Istanbul, the Amalfi coast, the Greek islands, Prague, Barcelona and so on… I’ve balanced the trip by spacing out intense sightseeing cities with relaxing few days in the countryside. So instead of stressing and exhausting myself rushing through Europe, you will find me at the beach, or soaking up the local atmosphere by staying longer in certain cities…
Which is the Best Part?
So the obvious question you may be asking me is – “What do I look forward to most?“. With a trip of this size and length it’s really hard to say which part or city I look forward to most – I’m excited about the sum of all parts. The more I read and learn about each destination the more psyched I become to see it. Regardless, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that I am really, really thrilled about going home in Bulgaria and seeing my grandparents and all of my good friends. It’s been a homecoming 6 years in the making, and I can’t wait to see and hug them all!
Alright, so that’s all for now – good luck with your itinerary planning!
… and don’t forget to enjoy the ride!
-K
